Celebrating Leadership: RCRS Proctorial Board & Society Appointments

The Literary Society of Rehman College Of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS) successfully organized The Proctorial Board Ceremony to formally acknowledge and celebrate the appointment of various student leaders and members of the proctorial team. The event commenced with the official badge-wearing session for the Staff Chief Proctor and Staff Proctors, a moment of honor facilitated by the Principal of RCRS, Dr. Bilal Khan, and Vice Principal, Dr. Madiha Anees, whose presence added grace and significance to the occasion. Following this, Class Representatives, Chief Proctors, and Class Proctors were also formally appointed, receiving their badges and sashes as a symbol of responsibility, leadership, and service to the institution.

The ceremony continued with the active involvement of the RCRS Co-Ordinator, Dr. Memoona Bibi, along with Staff Chief Proctor Ms. Saima Bibi, and Staff Proctors Ms. Syeda Ailya Haider and Dr. Imad Zahid Shah who assisted students in wearing their badges with pride. Their guidance and encouragement elevated the moment for each participant, highlighting the spirit of teamwork and commitment that defines RCRS.

In addition to proctorial appointments, the event featured an organized distribution of office orders for several key societies of the institution, including the Alumni, Literary, Sports, Research, Adventure and Social Welfare Societies. Each distribution segment was accompanied by official photographs of the Leads, Co-Leads, and the Executive and Cabinet members of the respective societies, capturing the essence of leadership and unity within the RCRS community. Overall, the ceremony stood as a memorable and inspiring occasion, reinforcing the institution’s dedication to fostering discipline, leadership, and excellence among its students.
