Ms. Syeda Ailya Haider holds an MS degree in Speech and Language Pathology and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer and Consultant at RMI, where she contributes to both academic teaching and clinical service delivery. She was part of the pioneer batch of Speech and Language Pathology in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at Khyber Medical University and completed her MS from Riphah International University. Her professional expertise encompasses communication disorders, clinical skill development, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions across academic and healthcare settings. Her research interests include speech and language disorders, clinical education, and the development of practical competencies within training programs. She serves as the QEC Focal Person, supporting quality assurance, academic standards, and institutional enhancement, and is actively engaged as a research supervisor and member of the Students’ Research Society, mentoring emerging professionals in scholarly activities. Additionally, she contributes to skill lab and curriculum development, with a focus on strengthening clinical training and aligning educational outcomes with professional standards. She also serves on the College Proctorial Board as a Staff Proctor. Overall, her work demonstrates a strong commitment to academic leadership, clinical excellence, and the advancement of the speech and language pathology profession.
