Dr. Madiha Anees PT, is a physical therapist and academician, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Principal at Rehman College of Rehabilitation Sciences (RCRS), RMI. With over 10 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, and research supervision in rehabilitation sciences, she has developed a strong academic foundation. Her expertise includes neurological physical therapy, biomechanics, therapeutic exercise, evidence-based practice, and research methodology, with a particular focus on integrating theory with clinical practice.
Her research interests are centered around clinical research in physiotherapy, documentation quality, rehabilitation outcomes, skill acquisition, balance and gait rehabilitation, and emerging trends such as artificial intelligence in rehabilitation sciences. She is actively involved in fostering a research-oriented culture within both academic and clinical departments, with a focus on audits, randomized controlled trials, and building undergraduate research capacity.
Recognized for her academic contributions, Dr. Madiha Anees PT has received the Best Teacher Award three times, reflecting her commitment to high-quality education. She is certified in Health Professions Education, certified in health research, and plays an active role in Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) initiatives, policy formulation, and institutional quality assurance.
